Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoices intact.
Certain items such as perishable goods, innerwear, customized products, and digital items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@skywavetechnology.in with your order ID and reason for return.
Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Only eligible items can be exchanged once.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.
