Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoices intact.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, innerwear, customized products, and digital items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@skywavetechnology.in with your order ID and reason for return.

  • Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Only eligible items can be exchanged once.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.
